Public Adjusters and even Contractors who are experts in their fields are typically more than qualified to handle most insurance claims issues. As one being involved in hundred of claims over the years I can only think of one time the services of Legal counsel was needed. Contractors today are actually highly skilled in processing an insurance claims, after all the main goal is just to find a common ground for all parties.
