Charles R. "Dick" Tutwiler, President of Tutwiler & Associates, Inc. was a panel speaker at the April 2008 National Hurricane Conference at the Rosen Center in Orlando, Florida. Over 1700 people from across the United States and the Caribbean were in attendance for this 4-day conference. Mr. Tutwiler was a panelist with J. Robert Wooley, Esq., the former Insurance Commissioner of Louisiana and William F. "Bill" Bailey, Esq., the Spokesperson for the Hurricane Katrina Information Center and formerly the Spokesperson for the Hurricane Andrew Information Center.

The topic for this insurance workshop was AWind Versus Water Damage Coverage - An Update. Are you prepared to debate wind versus water damage with your insurance company following a loss?
